Systems Engineer - Enterprise Mobility

Job Description:

METs help customers enable Enterprise Mobility by creating and building mobile solutions for their companies and employees. The candidate should be a client-facing engineer that can address client mobile enterprise needs by: crafting solutions, installing products, and conducting product training and demonstrations.

The candidate should demonstrate great speaking and writing skills that can be used to write technical papers, technical documentation, or SOWs.

The successful candidate must live within 45 minutes of our Baltimore based offices. Prior Enterprise Mobility experience as either a vendor, service provider, or an internal mobility a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technical Leadership.
  • Communicate the nature of PaRaBaL Mobile Technologies to Customers.
  • Write Technical Documentation – Good writing and Speaking Skills
  • Engage Customer Technical in Presentations, Trainings, and other Client Facing Events.
  • Design & develop technical documentation and policies for organizations including SOW’s, & RFP’s.
  • Provide communication and collaboration amongst Technical Team and Senior Management.
  • Work as a technical liaison to System Admins and Mobile Engineers.
  • Ability to learn software products that are sold to Clients.

Position Requirements:

  • Located within a 45-minute commute to our Baltimore, MD office.

  • Technical writing abilities for technical documentation, RFP’s, SOWs.
  • Clear and concise speaking abilities to speak to larger audiences at tradeshows and webinars.
  • Ability to adjust to a fast changing environment.
  • Flexibility in working within a Team in a small, dynamic office.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
  • Proven ability to interface between senior technical management and business management is required

Position Preferences:

  • Preferred Enterprise Mobility Experience.
  • Mobile Device Software Experience
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Usage for Employees within Enterprises

Education:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivocal experience in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of one industry certification (CISSP, PMP, GIAC, CISM, CAP, etc.) preferred.

Director of Enterprise Mobility Sales and Marketing 

Job Description:

PaRaBaL, a growing Mobility Technology firm, is seeking Sales and Marketing Leadership around the mobility industry. PaRaBaL needs a visionary for its Sales and Marketing Team who can enable Enterprise Mobility to our clients by demonstrating to companies and their employees the benefits of mobile devices for work. Workplaces become more efficient when workers can readily utilize mobile devices. PaRaBaL’s mission is to help organizations realize the ROI benefits of embracing mobility within their organizations. PaRaBaL achieves this by working on technical, as well as, policy hurdles. Ideally, we are looking for an organized, tech-savvy, dynamic communicator.

The Sales And Marketing Director at PaRaBaL would devise strategies to locate and find the correct audience for PaRaBaL Enterprise Mobile Services and Products. The Director would need to know the market as well as how to innovate and create the means and abilities to market, message, and reach potential buyers. The Director would also need to understand sales cycles and steps needed to match PaRaBaL offerings to the correct clientele. The Sales and Marketing Director will also be responsible for working with and leading our existing sales and marketing team. Working in a group and collaborating will be a requirement.

The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for aiding in the creation of marketing materials both in print as well as digital. This individual will oversee : social-media-marketing and email efforts; prospecting of campaigns; creation of newsletters; setting up of events; and coordination of other communiqués used to reach customers and brand PaRaBaL with mobile enterprise expertise. The Director would need to be able to sell and handle client interactions during the sales cycle as well as oversee other salespeople and marketing personnel.

The successful candidate must live within 45 minutes of our Baltimore based offices. Prior Enterprise Mobility experiences as either a vendor, service provider, or as an internal mobility expert is a plus.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Provide Sales and Marketing Leadership. 
  • Locate and increase clientele. 
  • Create Marketing copy for print and digital distribution.
  • Handle all web site and social media updates and campaigns.
  • Conduct Lead generation campaigns
  • Manage Sales Staff and forecast sales revenues.

Education
